Bob Hoffman

Mr. Robert J.
Hoffman, CFA MBA, is a Principal & Chief Investment Officer at J.W.
Coons Advisors LLC.
He directs the firm’s research and investment process.
He is Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee, portfolio manager, and provides asset-liability consultiing services to community banks.
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Hoffman was Senior Vice President and Director of Balance Sheet Management for Huntington National Bank.
He previously was Director of Equity Research, Senior Vice President of Interest Rate Risk Management and Vice President of Derivative Hedging for the bank, where he helped build the bank’s derivative hedging capabilities.
He has worked in the financial services industry since 1985.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and has served as a guest lecturer for Capital University’s MBA program.
He is a CFA charter holder.
