Bob Davis

Bob has extensive experience within software, telecom and network services companies over the past 22 years.
Before joining Peakstone, Bob was President – Entertainment and Media Division of iBEAM Broadcasting which was acquired by Williams Communications.
While with iBEAM, Bob led the company’s growth from an early stage company through its IPO to become the leading provider of webcasting services for the Fortune 1000.
Previously, Bob was CEO and President of Formida Software, a publicly traded geospatial development tools company.
During his tenure the company established a significant presence in government and telecom companies across the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe and had successfully built strong relationships with Oracle, IBM and Informix.
Bob’s background also includes leading Premenos Corporation as the SVP of Worldwide Sales and Support as it grew its global revenues by more than 300% in just two years.
During that time Premenos become the market leader in EDI management systems and the first company to introduce secure commerce transactions over the Internet.
His earlier experience includes senior sales management positions with Sprint Corporation within its National Account Division and with Southern Bell in Atlanta.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Akron and attended Executive Management Programs at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
