Mr. Benjamin W.
Thorndike is a Managing Director & Head of Investor Relations at Huntsman Gay Global Capital LLC.
Prior to joining Huntsman Gay Global Capital, he was at Bain Capital, where he served for approximately five years as Director, Investor Relations working with many of that organization’s Limited Partners and prospective investors.
He also had responsibility for all of Bain Capital’s relationships in the Middle East, and worked directly with the firm’s credit and hedge fund businesses.
Before Bain Capital, he held senior leadership roles at Wellington Management Company as Director of Corporate Client Relationships, State Street Research & Management as Managing Director for Institutional Client Service and Scudder Investments where he was a Managing Director responsible for several of the firm’s key global business units.
Mr. Thorndike serves as President and Board Chairman of Walker, a Needham Massachusetts based non-profit organization which provides therapeutic care for children with severe emotional challenges.
Mr. Thorndike received his BS degree from Colby College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
