Anson Crawford Clough

Mr. Anson C.
Clough, CFA, is a Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Fixed Income at Appleton Partners, Inc. He is responsible for the Appleton’s Fixed Income Department with oversight responsibility for Portfolio Management, Trading and Research.
He is a co-head of the Fixed Income Investment Committee which is critical in determining the firm’s yield curve management.
He also plays a key role working with the firm’s Portfolio Managers and Research teams in guiding portfolio strategies, municipal research and other aspects of the investment process.
Prior to joining Appleton Partners in August 2000, Mr. Clough was a Vice President at Scudder Kemper Investments where for the prior 7 years he was a Senior Municipal Credit Analyst focusing on the Investment Grade Municipal Bond Universe.
He graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine with a B.A.
in Economics.
He is a CFA charterholder, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society.
He also holds the CFP certification.
