Arkutu joined Pathfinder International in 2001 and currently served as a Director since November 2006.
He is Chairman of the Centre for African Family Studies.
Prior to joining Pathfinder International, Dr. Arkutu was Director of the Country Support Team for Southern Africa the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Nigeria.
He was a Country Representative in Ghana and Medical Director in Africa of Pathfinder International.
Dr. Arkutu served as a Special Representative of an Executive Director for the United Nations Population Fund in Eritrea and Sierra Leone.
He holds a PhD degree.
