Omnes Capital SAS (Omnes Capital) is a private equity firm founded in 1984. The firm is headquartered in Paris, France with additional offices in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany.

In 2007 the Invoco Group was founded as a merger of three communication service providers. They invest through the evergreen fund Tiburon Partners AG. The firm provides consulting services to enterprises, performs business valuations and is active in corporate finance and M&A. The firm cooperates closely with the Swiss investment firm Mountain Super Angel AG, who is among their investors.

Siemens Technology Accelerator GmbH (STA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siemens AG (FR: SIE) in Germany. Created in 2001, the firm aims to externally commercialize innovative technologies of Siemens which are not turned into products within Siemens itself, typically through spin-offs, licensing or sales. Based in Munich, the STA offers access to the Siemens network through various links. Because Siemens operates a worldwide infrastructure for the management of patents and trademarks, the STA is able to support new businesses with Intellectual Property issues which may arise. The firm also has an external network comprised of German and international venture capitalists.
