Ms. Alexandra H.
Burban is Vice President-Business Development at Evercore Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Evercore, she was a Vice President in the Strategic Partners Group (Private Equity) at Lehman Brothers, focused on strategic investments in alternative investment managers.
She was previously Head of the Strategy & Product Development group of Lehman Brothers’ Investment Management Division in London where she was responsible for the organic development of investment vehicles on the platform and the Division’s acquisition strategy in Europe and the Middle East.
Ms. Burban began her career in Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking Division, where she focused on M&A advisory for asset managers and insurance companies in the Financial Institutions Group.
Ms. Burban graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin where she received a BBA in International Business and a BA in Italian.
