Presently, Stephen Arthur Mongillo holds the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at AMPF, Inc. Mr. Mongillo is also on the board of CVR Energy, Inc., Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc. and Icahn Enterprises LP.

In his past career Mr. Mongillo held the position of Managing Director at Icahn Capital LP and Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (Connecticut) and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
