Presently, Kin Yuen occupies the position of President, Chief Financial Officer & Director at GrandeTel Technologies, Inc. Mr. Yuen is also on the board of Emerson Radio Corp., Culturecom Holdings Ltd. and Huayi Tencent Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong) and Partner at Pohua Jt Private Equity Fund LP.

In his past career Mr. Yuen held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director at Nimble Holdings Co. Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer at BOE Varitronix Ltd.

Kin Yuen received an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
