Presently, Friederike Helfer holds the position of Partner at Cevian Capital AG. Ms. Helfer is also on the board of thyssenkrupp Hohenlimburg GmbH and Vesuvius Plc.

She previously held the position of Project Manager at Stadtland Vienna & Hohenems and Engagement Manager at Mckinsey & Co., Inc. (Switzerland).

She received an undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from Technische Universität Wien.
