New 120M€ Sustainability Linked Loan Facility

Hooglede-Gits,7 December 2022 - Deceuninck announces today it has concluded a new Sustainability Linked Revolving Credit Facility with KBC Bank NV for an amount of EUR 120.000.000. This Credit Facility has a tenor of 5 years with two extension options of one year and will be used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of certain existing debt and further investments in sustainability.

The pricing of the Credit Facility will be linked to the performance of Deceuninck Group on three Sustainability Key Performance Indicators: 1) reduction of scope 1 and 2 Green House Gas emissions,

1. increase of the output volume of material recycled in the recycling plant in Diksmuide and 3) improvement of a Work Safety indicator.

Nieuwe duurzaamheidslening van 120 miljoen euro

Hooglede-Gits,7 december 2022 - Deceuninck kondigt vandaag aan dat het een nieuwe Sustainability Linked Revolving Credit Facility heeft afgesloten met KBC Bank NV voor een bedrag van EUR 120.000.000. Deze kredietfaciliteit heeft een looptijd van 5 jaar met twee opties tot verlenging met één jaar en zal worden gebruikt voor algemene bedrijfsdoeleinden, waaronder de herfinanciering van bepaalde bestaande schulden en verdere investeringen in duurzaamheid.

De interest op deze kredietfaciliteit zal worden gekoppeld aan de prestaties van Deceuninck Group op drie key performance indicators inzake duurzaamheid: 1) vermindering van scope 1 en 2 uitstoot van broeikasgassen, 2) toename van het outputvolume van gerecycleerd materiaal in de recyclingfabriek in Diksmuide en 3) verbetering van een indicator voor arbeidsveiligheid.

Bovendien blijven we ons inzetten om producten te ontwerpen en te produceren met de hoogste normen op het gebied van isolatie, waardoor we de consument helpen om het energieverbruik aanzienlijk te verminderen.
