a.s.r. houdt Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) publiceert vandaag de oproeping en de bijbehorende documenten voor de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders (BAVA), die gepland staat op dinsdag 17 januari 2023 om 10:00 uur. De BAVA wordt gehouden op het kantoor van a.s.r. in Utrecht.

Alle documenten, zoals de agenda van de BAVA, de toelichting op de agenda en de bijbehorende stukken, evenals informatie over het vooraf uitbrengen van een elektronische (volmacht)stem zijn te vinden op onze website: www.asrnederland.nl.De agendapunten staan allemaal in het teken van de voorgenomen combinatie met Aegon Nederland N.V., zoals aangekondigdop 27 oktober 2022.

Voor aandeelhouders die niet fysiek willen of kunnen deelnemen aan de vergadering op het kantoor van a.s.r., is er de mogelijkheid om actief virtueel deel te nemen aan de BAVA. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om de BAVA te volgen via een webcast. Nadere informatie hierover is terug te vinden in de oproeping.
