Ltd. in 2008 when the joint venture partners became Bank of China Co., Ltd. and BlackRock, Inc. Ping An Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Ping An FMC) is a Chinese fund management subsidiary of Ping An Trust Co., Ltd., which is owned by Ping An Insurance (Group) of China Ltd. (SHA: 601318). The firm was founded as a joint venture between UOB Asset Management, Ping An Trust Co., Ltd. and Sanya Yingwan Tourism Co., Ltd. in 2011. Headquartered in Shenzhen, Ping An FMC provides a range of fund management services to retail investors in China.
