Vivek is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, structuring, and financing transactions as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to execute post-closing growth and operational strategies.
He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G.
portfolio companies.
Vivek has more than a decade of private equity and M&A experience across a wide range of industries including business services, consumer, healthcare and industrials.
Prior to joining H.I.G.
Capital, Vivek worked for Citigroup Investment Banking, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives.
Vivek earned an M.B.A.
from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
