Vasily Gatov

PromSvyazCapital JSC (PSC) is a principal investment management firm based in Moscow. The PromSvyazCapital Group was founded in 1995 through an initiative of Moscow Inter-City and International Telephone. The Group originated as a limited liability firm and subsequently expanded their operations. They are a conglomerate and operate private equity and pension funds, a management company, and they are also owners of a media asset and insurance companies. In 2001, they converted to a closed joint-stock company. The Group's owners are among Russia's largest and most discreet investors, Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev. The Group values social responsibility as a critical element of sustainable growth. They aim to act as a responsible participant rather than merely as a sponsor.
