Thomas Payne

Mr. Payne joined the Company in 2005 as an Associate bringing several years of public and private accounting experience to the Firm.
Prior to joining JPBE, Mr. Payne was an Accountant with the private firm of Patrick J.
Svehula.
He also served as an accountant with increasing responsibility with firms such as C-Biz Nemphos Weber, Maryland Investment Group and T.
Rowe Price.
He holds a Masters of Health Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Payne is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
