Susanna Jacob

Ms. Susanna Jacob is Quantitative Strategist at Quadratic Capital Management LLC.
Before joining Quadratic, Ms. Jacob worked at BlackRock for six and half years as a senior trader responsible for trading in the Scientific Active Equity and Global Macro funds.
Before her time at BlackRock, she spent three years at Citadel, where she was instrumental in the development of an in-house execution services platform trading options within Citadel’s long/short derivatives unit.
She spent five years at Goldman Sachs, working alongside Nancy Davis.
She helped pioneer Goldman’s algorithmic trading efforts.
Ms. Jacob holds an M.B.A.
in Finance, from New York University.
She also holds a B.E.
in Instrumentation Technology from University Of Mysore (India), where she passed with honors and was ranked 2nd in the University.
