Mr. Halstedt has been chairman of a number of successful publicly traded companies, including OneComm, Inc. and Verio, Inc. He was the founding president and a former chairman of the Venture Capital Association of Colorado and is a former board member of the National Venture Capital Association.
He has also given his time to numerous community organizations, including chairing the boards of the Fulcrum Foundation and Open World Learning, both of which are Colorado organizations encouraging children’s success through technology.
He also serves on the board of the Denver School of Science and Technology and the advisory board of the Center for Colorado’s Future at the University of Denver.
He is a member of the Colorado Forum and Colorado Succeeds.
Mr. Halstedt received a B.S.
with Distinction from Worcester Polytechnical Institute, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees, and an M.B.A.
from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.
