Mr. Stefano Gilardi is Head of Market relations at Inrate AG.
He was previously in charge of business and product development within Centre Info as well as managing client relationships since 2006.
From 1998 to 2006, he was a sustainability/ESG analyst with specific expertise on corporate governance issues at Centre Info.
Stefano is a member of the “Sustainable Finance Geneva” association and was a representative of Centre Info in “European Corporate Governance Services Ltd”, a joint venture of independent local market experts providing governance assessments and proxy voting advice.
He is a regular lecturer on “corporate governance” at the University of Fribourg (Chair for financial management).
Mr. Stefano Gilardi has published several papers on corporate governance for the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA) and for Observatoire de la Finance in Geneva.
He holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Fribourg and an Executive MBA in integrated management from HSW Berne / HEG Fribourg.
