Spencer Ingle

Spencer Ingle (New York) joined KKR in 2015 and is a member of the Co-Invest and Partnerships team.
He originally joined KKR as a member of the private markets fundraising group focused on North American Private Equity, Infrastructure and Energy Real Assets.
He has worked on the execution of private placements in support of many of KKR’s acquisitions including Atlantic Aviation, BMC Software, Coty/Wella, Global Atlantic, Lyft and NextEra Energy.
Prior to joining KKR, he worked at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch in its debt private placements and equity capital markets groups, where he was involved in a variety of capital raising and advisory assignments across industries.
He holds an A.B.
in Economics from the University of Chicago.
He is a volunteer and junior board member of Harlem Academy.
