Ms. Sharna-Kay Dobney is a Junior Research Analyst at Xponance, Inc. She joined the firm in 2020.
In this capacity, she identifies and evaluates potential asset managers and performs initial and ongoing due diligence for Xponance’s multi-manager strategy.
Prior to Xponance, Ms. Dobney was an engineer in the automotive industry.
she has over 7 years of experience in product design, engineering, and manufacturing.
She has engineered production parts for traditional combustion engine vehicle including the Ford F-Series Truck and SUV platform with a tier-one supplier.
She transitioned to start-up electric vehicle OEMs where she did engineering project management with EV start-ups on both Luxury EV and Adventure EV platforms.
She earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Kettering University.
