Shao Ming Thein

Shao Ming Thein is a Managing Director at Dymon Asia Private Equity and has been with Dymon since the fund’s inception.
Shao Ming is based in Singapore.
Shao Ming was previously an Investment Director at CVC Capital Partners in Singapore, where he focused on both majority and minority private equity investments in South-East Asia.
Shao Ming also gained experience at Morgan Stanley, the Blackstone Group and Surbana Investments, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings in Singapore.
Shao Ming graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Imperial College London with First Class Honors, and a Master of Philosophy in Management Studies from Queen’s College, University of Cambridge
