Mr. Sean P.
Sullivan is Managing Director at Aetos Capital Management.
He is also Global Head of Asset Management.
Prior to Aetos, he was Vice President of Property Operations at AvalonBay Communities and had overseen the entire New York metropolitan area as well as the company's Midwest region.
He was also a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer Properties where he managed portfolio consisting of 20 million square feet of Class A commercial real estate located throughout New York City among which were Rockefeller Center, Chrysler Building, 520 Madison Avenue and 666 Fifth Avenue .
He also held Senior Asset Management position with Invest Corp International & Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.
He was Director of Property Services at Morgan Stanley's Corporate Real Estate Portfolio in New York City.
Mr. Sullivan received Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & English Literature at Iona College, with summa cum laude title and ranked 1st in his class.
He also held Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance at New York University.
