Complete Production Services, Inc. provides specialized completion and production services and products focused on helping oil and gas companies develop hydrocarbon reserves, reduce operating costs and enhance production. The Downhole and Wellsite Services include electric-line, slickline, production optimization, production testing, rental and fishing services. The Fluid Handling unit provides a variety of services to help its customers obtain, move, store and dispose of fluids that are involved in the development and production of their reservoirs. The Drilling Services segment provides services and equipment that initiate or stimulate oil and gas production by providing land drilling and specialized rig logistics services. This segment also provides repair work and fabrication services for its customers at a business located in Gainesville, Texas. Complete Production Services owns and operates regional field facilities located in the U.S. Rocky Mountain region, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, western Canada, Mexico and Southeast Asia. The firm changed its name from Integrated Production Services, Inc. to Complete Production Services, Inc. on September 12, 2005. It was founded on May 22, 2001 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
