Romulus Perriera

Prior to joining Artiman, Mr. Perriera served as the President & CEO of Riverstone Networks.
During his tenure, Riverstone pioneered the metro Ethernet market, transitioned to a public company and established itself as a leading supplier of networking equipment to tier-1 carriers worldwide.
Prior to joining Riverstone, he was COO at Cabletron Systems and was responsible for directing Cabletron's engineering, sales, services and marketing organizations.
He was a co-founder of YAGO Systems where he served as CTO.
Prior to YAGO, he was at Cisco Systems, Kalpana and Wollongong, where he held multiple technical roles.
Mr. Perriera holds a BS and MS degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
