Before joining CapFinancial Partners in 2002, Mr. Bernhardt spent over 18 years as a Partner and Managing Director for Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group, where he served as an advisor.
Mr. Bernhardt received a BA in economics and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Graduate School of Business at University of North Carolina.
