Peter K. Barber

In addition to New Boston Fund, Mr. Barber also serves New Boston Development Partners.
He has years of experience in commercial real estate development.
He served as a senior executive for Northland Investment Corporation, from 1971 to 1995 and in 1995, together with his commercial development group, he formed what is now NDC Development Associates, Inc. He has directed the development and rehabilitation of well over 4.0 million square feet of commercial projects.
He has served as Past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and is active in both the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Finance Association.
Mr. Barber holds an AB from Harvard College.
