Peter H. Rubenovitch

Peter Rubenovitch is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Manulife Financial Corp.
and is a Member of the Executive and Management Committees and Chairman of the Credit Committee.
He joined Manulife Financial in February 1995 and was appointed Vice President-Business Development in 1996, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in January 1996 and an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 1998.
He joined The Royal Bank of Canada in 1974 and was appointed Vice President and Corporate Controller in 1988.
Mr. Rubenovitch joined Globe International, Inc. in 1989 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
He was Founder and President of Tion Financial Corporation from 1992 to 1995.
He received an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sir George Williams University.
