Pavel has been a member of the advisory team of private equity funds Genesis since 2016, but has been cooperating with them intensively since 2001.
He was a partner of the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and the largest Czech and Slovak law firm Havel, Holásek & Partners.
His experience includes complex M&A transactions including private equity, structured and acquisition financing and other domestic and international legal advice in a number of industries including energy, telecommunications, engineering, IT and others.
He has experience from working on the Czech and Slovak markets, he also worked briefly in London.
Pavel studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
In 2002, he became a lawyer.
He is fluent in Czech and English, additionally German and Russian.
