Redwood Investment Management LLC (Redwood) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. The firm was founded by Michael Messinger in 2010 and they are a subsidiary of RIM Holdco LLC, which is owned by Redwood Investment Holdco LLC. Redwood provides discretionary investment advice to certain individuals, high net-worth individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, corporations, other investment advisory firms, affiliated mutual funds and ETFs, and an affiliated private hedge fund. They also provide model portfolios to other investment advisors and serves as a sub-advisor to other investment advisers.
