Naomi Kuhn

Ms. Kuhn is Incubic's controller and paralegal.
She joined Incubic in February 2001 after 12 years at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Her last position at WSGR was Senior Paralegal in Corporate Securities where she worked on many venture-backed financings as well as general corporate work for clients.
She also worked on the initial public offerings of Brocade Communications, Poet Software, New Focus, Iridex, Juniper Networks, Avanex and VA Software as well as the KLA-Tencor merger and the acquisitions of Monterey Networks by Cisco, Atmosphere Networks by Ditech and NuvoMedia by Gemstar.
Prior to WSGR, she worked in the legal department of Chevron Chemical Company.
Ms. Kuhn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
