Prior to joining SVP Capital, Mr. Devery was manager of the Colorado office from December 1998 through December 2004, and a senior vice president and account officer in Silicon Valley Bank's Software Practice in Palo Alto, California, working with notable software companies like Aurum Software, Chordiant Software, Brio Software and Tumbleweed Communications.
Prior to joining Silicon Valley Bank, he spent three years with Union Bank's Middle Market Group in San Francisco.
He also served for two years in Sony Music's Finance Department in New York City.
Mr. Devery earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado and a master's degree in business administration from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of Management.
Mr. Devery is on the Board of the Colorado Technology Incubator (CTEK) and is active with CTEK Angels.
Devery also serves on the Board of WOW, a children's museum focused on the development of the science and arts.
