Michael D. Banks

Mr. Michael D.
Banks is a Research Analyst in the Commodities Team at Hermes Investment Management Ltd.
He joined Hermes Fund Managers in August 2008 having completed an internship with Hermes over the summer of 2007.
His main responsibilities are based around the analytical and research side of the business, providing the portfolio managers with fundamental analysis across the commodities asset class.
Within this role, he is also involved with the design of bespoke products for Hermes Commodities and provides risk analysis to the portfolio managers.
Mr. Banks holds a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from King’s College, University of London.
He is a member of the CFA Society of the UK and holds their Investment Management Certificate.
