Matthew Giedgowd

Mr. Giedgowd joined the Intrinsic team in July 2022 as its Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Intrinsic, Mr. Giedgowd was the VP of Finance at Spire Capital Partners where he focused on financial administration and supported its portfolio companies’ financial and operational teams.
Prior to Spire Capital, Mr. Giedgowd had previous experience at FS Investments, Deloitte, and ParenteBeard in various roles and responsibilities with a focus on the alternative asset management industry.
Mr. Giedgowd is also a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), licensed in Pennsylvania.
