Lori Singer

Ms. Singer has been with Delta since 1995, monitoring finances as Delta Private Equity developed into one of the leading private equity investors in the Russian market.
Prior to that, she was Vice President at JP Morgan Chase in its Private Banking, Real Estate Advisory Services Division, serving as Controller responsible for the financial analysis and reporting for diversified U.S.
real estate investment holdings of private clients, limited partnerships and The Chase Manhattan Real Estate Fund, a unit trust fund with assets in excess of $300 million.
From 1984 to 1986, Lori Singer was an auditor with the firm of Ernst & Whinney.
She is a certified public accountant, member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, NY.
