The project covers a total of just over 2,000 hectares of land, including a 7.2 km long shoreline in Rosario Bay on the Pacific Ocean, approximately 385 km south of San Diego, USA. The project includes 7,000 detached villas, 3,000 apartments, 3,000 hotel rooms, and a 54-hole golf course distributed over three different golf courses.
