Prior to joining Kennedy in 1996, Ms. Stevenson was a real estate paralegal for Cox, Castle & Nicholson in Los Angeles where she specialized in closing loans and acquisitions for pension funds and other institutional and international investors.
She was the closing manager for Bedford Properties/Kemper Real Estate Management Company in the San Francisco Bay Area for five years.
While at Bedford/Kemper, Ms. Stevenson handled over $400 million in sales of commercial, industrial, multi-family and retail properties; and was the loan administrator for a $1.2 billion multi-state loan portfolio.
She also spent three years as an escrow officer for Chicago Title Company specializing in residential escrow and 1031 exchanges.
She is also a board member of the NW Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Northwest.
Ms. Stevenson currently holds a CCIM designation and received a BS in human resources from Colorado State University.
