Kristen L. Callahan

Prior to joining Courtagen Group, Ms. Callahan worked at Decision Biomarkers.
Before that, she worked as a Management Consultant for such companies as Puma, Progress Software and Study Smart.
At Puma, she played a key role in the launch strategy of an international product line.
At Progress Software, she served as an advisor to the management team of the OpenEdge product line and her work in strategy and brand management created a model that would pave the way for Progress to yield double-digit growth in that segment.
Her work at Study Smart included improving IT implementation initiatives and enhancing productivity and sales processes.
During that period, she worked as a strategic consultant with dozens of companies ranging from inception to growth phases.
Prior to her involvement in Management Consulting, she held two consecutive sales management positions in which she achieved record breaking sales across both national organizations in the retail and print media industries.
Nearly a decade later, her record breaking performances have yet to be challenged.
Ms. Callahan holds an MBA from Babson College specializing in Entrepreneurship and Management.
Her expertise is in Product Marketing and Business Strategy.
She played a vital role on the Sales and Marketing team, wearing many hats from CRM administration, web programming, SEO or SEM Management, digital foot printing and sales training, to product management and as a PR and FDA liaison.
