Fortis Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd. (FIMSL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FIM-Fortis Investment Management, following the integration of the asset management activities of ABN AMRO Asset Management. In 2007, ABN AMRO was acquired by a consortium formed by Fortis, RBS and Santander. FIM, which is headquartered in Belgium with a global network of branches in the US, Europe and Asia, is a subsidiary of Fortis Bank SA/NV, in turn majority-owned by the French group BNP Paribas (XP: BNP). Located in Singapore, FIMSL is the specialist center for managing Asian fixed-income and money market investments for institutional, corporate and private clients globally. They are the investment manager for a number of funds.

(SSgA Singapore) is the Singapore-based institutional asset management subsidiary of State Street Global Advisors, Inc., which is owned by State Street Corp. (NYSE: STT), a financial services and bank holding company headquartered in the US. Founded in 2000, SSgA Singapore provides portfolio management and financial services to a range of clients including corporations, private and public pension plans, endowments and foundations, sovereign wealth funds, central banks and intermediary investors.

ABF Pan Asia Bond Index Fund is an exchange traded fund which develops bond markets in Asia. Its investment objective is to seek to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of the Markit iBoxx ABF Pan-Asia Index, before fees and expenses. The fund was founded on June 29, 2005 and is headquartered in Singapore.
