JPMorgan Investment Management, Inc. (JPMIM) is a global, SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 2000 as the result of Chase Manhattan's purchase of Robert Fleming Holdings and the subsequent merger of Chase and JPMorgan. In January 2010, JPMorgan Investment Advisors merged into JP Morgan Investment Management. JPMIM is a subsidiary of JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings, Inc., ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM). The firm primarily provides investment advisory services to both US and non-US institutional and retail clients.

Founded in 1988 by Gregory Serras, Vanguard Capital is a general securities broker/dealer located in San Diego, California. The firm offers a full array of trading and execution services. They do not provide internal research. Vanguard Capital is registered with FINRA, the SEC and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The firm is a member of the SIPC, the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). Custodial services for Vanguard Capital's broker/dealer and investment advisory clients' assets and portfolios are provided by Pershing LLC and Charles Schwab Corp.
