He was Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Deltex Medical Holdings Limited.

Mr. Coady was Vice President of Business Development for Datascope Corporation from 1996 to 1997 and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Patient Monitoring Division from 1995 to 1996.
From 1992 to 1994, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MCG International.
He received a BS degree in Chemistry and Biology from Bates College and an MPS degree in Health Care Administration and an MBA from Cornell University.
