John William Sheridan is currently the Chairman of the Canadian Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association since 2014 and a Member of Premier's Technology Council since 2013.
Previously, he served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Ballard Power Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2009 and again from 2011 to 2014.
He was also the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Bell Mobility Cellular, Inc., Bell ExpressVu LP, and Bell Mobility, Inc. Additionally, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Director at Encom Cable TV & Telecommunications Plc.
He has also served as the Vice Chairman, President & Chief Operating Officer of The Bell Telephone Company of Canada in 2003.
