Vision-Sciences, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, and markets products for endoscopy to provide minimally invasive access to areas not readily visible to the human eye. The Medical segment designs, manufactures and sells its advanced line of endoscopy based products for a variety of specialties, including state-of-the-art flexible endoscopes, and Slide-On EndoSheath technology. The Industrial segment designs, manufactures and sells borescopes to a variety of users, primarily in the aircraft engine manufacturing and aircraft engine maintenance industries. The company was founded by Lewis C. Pell and Katsumi Oneda in 1987 and is headquartered in Orangeburg, NY.
