Mr. Thrope is a graduate of New York University School of Law (J.D., 1980), where he was a member of the Law Review, and a graduate of Yale University (B.A.
1977).
He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1981, and is admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
