Jane is also a volunteer for and past board member of REACH, a non-profit organization that promotes the joy of reading to children living in area homeless shelters.
Ms. Tower graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 and completed the Professional Financial Planner program at Old Dominion University in 2002.
She earned the CFP designation in 2003.
