AMP Capital Investors Ltd. (AMPCI) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of AMP Capital Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by financial group AMP Ltd. (ASX: AMP) in Australia. Founded in 1849 as the non-profit Australian Mutual Provident Society, the group is an Australian superannuation provider and asset manager. The firm is headquartered in Sydney with additional offices in New Zealand, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, UK and the US. They were one of the first to invest in infrastructure when they participated in the financing of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel in 1988. IDBI Asset Management Ltd. (IDBI AM) is the asset management subsidiary of IDBI Bank Ltd. (NSE: IDBI) in India. The firm was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Mumbai. IDBI AM manages the IDBI mutual fund range for individual and institutional investors.
