Iman Navandzadeh

Prior to joining Lovell Minnick Partners in 2006, Mr. Navandzadeh employed by Giuliani Capital Advisors in its Los Angeles office, where he was an analyst responsible for executing a variety of mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity financings as well as restructuring engagements.
Before Giuliani Capital, he was an analyst with 3C Financial Partners, a boutique advisory firm focused on research in the financial services and asset management industries.
His experience includes work in the healthcare, entertainment and consumer products sectors.
Mr. Navandzadeh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from University of California, Los Angeles in 2003.
