Mr. Hermann Buslei is a Research Associate at The German Institute for Economic Research.

He interrupted this work for a study with Prof.
Konrad Stahl, University of Mannheim, on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Building and Urban Development.
From September 1994 to March 2002, he held a position at the Department of Labor Economics, Human Resources, and Social Policy at the Center for European Economic Research (ZEW), Mannheim, 2001 as a senior researcher.
Hermann Buslei studied economics at the universities of Munich, Cologne, and Bonn.
