Graham Douglas

Graham Douglas is a Managing Director on the investment team at Kline Hill.
Prior to joining Kline Hill in 2017, Mr. Douglas was an Analyst at Modern Bank, N.A.
in the Leveraged Finance Group where he played a key role in all stages of the underwriting process.
He worked with middle market companies to provide the optimal capital structure by offering a wide variety of credit solutions including senior credit and revolving facilities, unitranche structures, delayed draw facilities and asset-based loans.
Prior to joining Modern Bank, Mr. Douglas completed the Risk Management Leadership Program at GE Capital performing underwriting duties with the Asset Based Lending Team.
Mr. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Boston College (2013).
