Gieltje Adriaans is a Manager in the Development Impact (Investments) team where she is responsible for the implementation of CDC’s impact score across products and sectors under our 2022-2026 strategy.
She previously led the impact management activities for our Food & Agriculture and Trade & Supply Chain Finance portfolios.
Previously, Gieltje worked for Innovations for Poverty Action in Sierra Leone where she managed multiple large-scale impact evaluations in the microfinance, health and education sectors.
Prior to this, she consulted for the World Bank Gender Innovation Lab in Uganda.
Gieltje holds an MSc from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a BSc from the Rotterdam School of Management.
